Belle Grove Site is a 578-acre Louisiana Economic Development (LED) Certified Site located on the west bank of the Mississippi River in White Castle, Iberville Parish. Positioned near the Ascension Parish RiverPlex MegaPark, this site offers a strategic location for large-scale industrial development.

Belle Grove Site includes a 200-foot-wide corridor owned by related party Belle Grove Industrial Park, Inc., extending from LA Highway 1 to the Mississippi River. In conjunction with upcoming infrastructure projects tied to the RiverPlex MegaPark, rail service will be extended to the north side of LA-1, aligning with the Belle Grove Site corridor and enabling future direct rail access to the riverfront.

A deep-water dock is proposed on the site’s Mississippi River frontage, with preliminary designs already reviewed by the Maritime Navigational Safety Authority (MNSA), New Orleans Baton Rouge Pilots Association (NOBRA), and the U.S. Coast Guard — with no objections noted. The dock is designed to accommodate Panamax-class vessels, offering substantial logistical and shipping capabilities.
